This workshop is for those who would like to experience building practical IoT solutions using  ESP8266 platform and Arduino ecosystem. We’ll talk about what Arduino and ESP8266 are, their capabilities and limitations, MQTT protocol.

We’ll use this knowledge to build a couple of IoT solutions typical for Smart Home which could be used by participants at their own homes.
Additionally, we’ll use Node-RED edge analytics and automation tool and DeviceHub online platform - to experience complete IoT architecture.

You need to take: Laptop with a modern OS (Linux, MacOS, Windows) and Arduino IDE - prior to the workshop you’ll get a list of software to install.
